For 2008 RESS has put together a calendar using POD (print on demand) through CafePress.com. Works by RESS member artists Karen Beeson, Cheryl Farrens, Kelly Savage, Tibbi Searcher, Lisa Sharpe, Addi Velasquez, and Meg Walker, are featured in this high quality wall calendar.

For 2008 RESS is offering Business Members a page on the www.ress.org website to promote their business. If you have a website you may use a page from that or create a new one linking to your main site. If you do not have a website RESS will construct a basic page for you. Page may be updated twice a year.

Please keep your page basic with a few well chosen jpgs that are low res and load quickly. A few high quality jpgs are much more likely to bring in business than a page of small photos that do not show the detail in your work. No sales posts please but you may link to a sales page.

RESS Board of Directors issues a statement on the 100% Movement

"RESS supports and encourages the casting for sale of only 100% original sculpture. We want to clarify that it is not an ethical judgment on recasts of modified customs. We have no issue with custom one of a kinds. We hope that our members will choose to speak in their own unique voices when they decide to cast a sculpture for profit."
