"Kara Kush" an Akhal-Teke mare sculpted by Andrea Kessler. This piece received consistent high scores across all categories from our jurors. Our jurors were impressed by this traditional scale sculpture's quiet elegance and harmonious proportions.


Each piece of the 2006 sculpture contest was presented to the judges without identification to ensure fair judging. The winning sculpture was cast in polyurethane resin.
